For your convenience and safety, there is an elegant private lighted entrance from the gated Common Area, including motion lights and security cameras.

Every room boasts a ceiling fan and high, light-flooded windows. The patio includes several cozy seating areas as well as two “zero gravity” lounge chairs for relaxing, reading, and sunning.  And if you enjoy cooking outside, a Weber gas grill is available for your convenience.  Portable heaters are also available for the patio area or wherever needed.

The first bedroom with a King size bed has two desks and a cozy seating area. The Shaw satellite TV with over 200 channels can be viewed on a large 42” flat-screen TV which can be closed off from view.  A gas-log fireplace keeps it cozy and warm during the winter months.  The second bedroom has a King size bed and has its own gas heater.  Each bedroom has a large closet with an abundance of hangers and ample shelving for storing your personal items, as well as plenty of room to store your suitcases out of sight.

Maid Service is included in the rent. In addition, you will have access to a washer and dryer, or the maid can take care of that for you. If you would like more days or services from the maid, there will be an additional fee. 

Off of the upstairs landing between the two bedrooms is a large beautifully tiled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.  There is a lovely half-bath downstairs off of the entryway as well.   Comfortable US-purchased towels, linens, and upscale bedspreads  (Ralph Lauren and Pottery Barn) are provided throughout. Large, comfy uni-sex robes and a hairdryer are also provided for your comfort and convenience, which will save space in your suitcase for all the treasures you will be taking home with you.

The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, spices, staples, dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a blender,  electric skillets, a microwave, Coffe Maker, Toaster/Convection Oven, cleaning supplies, etc. Upon request, we can purchase whatever items you would want in the way of foodstuffs awaiting you upon your arrival.
